He is the most balanced moveset in Ash's current team. Ice beam to counter ground types, Dazzling Gleam to counter dark types and STAB Shadow ball and Sludge Bomb for extra damage.

Muk can teach Sludge Bomb. Glalie can teach Ice Beam.

yeah, same I really have to wonder who the last person he faces is going to be? I am going with either one of his old Rivals to stomp on his winning streak, or Iris again to stomp on his winning streak but in 3v3 or more battle, I for one would love to see the writers use some of his old pokemon, heck against dragon types Ash also has Glalie and Gible, and with Sir Fetched and Lucario to handle any and all Hydrogeidon or Lapras, I think Ash would be in the clear; of course that is if they give Ash a win for a 3v3 or 4v4 against Iris.

for the record. its CLEAR AS DAY who his last opponent is, hello??? and also, we already being foreshadowed by his opponents already wdym? in every single episode regarding the championship we see all the master opponents ranking in a ladder up to dande/leon at the end of the episode, which is the clear as day last boss aswell.

It should be Paul, now that would be certainly the toughest battle yet and a certain way to ensure who goes into Master 8 class.

Im wanted see sabrina match whole season. probably strongest psychic type trainer and strongest kanto gymleader. Kinda dissapoint if not see her. She got ash haunter and ash got now gengar. Would be nice see battle against ash old mon vs new one when they same specie. Even ash never official caught it tho :P

ps. even so many wanna see greninja. ash using charizard would still make most sense. Along pikachu charizard probably travel most with ash and called on tought matches. maybe champ match? ash charizard vs leon charizard O.o

I doubt he will show up in the masters 8 since 7 of them are already pretty much confirmed(Cynthia, Flint, Raihan, Leon, Lance, Diantha,Steven) and Bede might not be as powerful as them. But hopefully he shows up at some point.

That's a great move for me, Eectro Web is so versatile Ash able to use it as a shield, trap, trampoline etc, but if they gonna add another new move then yeah Electro Web will definitely be removed

IT be more better if Ash make Pikachu shoot furry of multiple EW. But he been shooting one at a time. I dont mind he keeping it. But he need to ask Pikachu to start shooting it like a machine gun. lol It usefulness starting to fade.
